This grant will support their "Healthy Meals" program which provides fresh, healthy, organic, and nourishing meals to low income breast cancer patients and their families. Meals are delivered to patients' homes by volunteers, along with a handwritten supportive note.

National
Our Warrior Connection continues to provide a forum for Warriors to gather and connect with one another. Breast cancer survivors and supporters can stay up to date on current topics, newest developments in breast health and find a community of support. The program is free of charge and open to the public.

Pink Aid's grant will support their Pink Aid Transportation Fund which will provide door-to-door transportation to and from breast cancer screening, diagnostic testing and treatment appointments for their underserved patients..

Through a 13-year partnership with St. Vincent's, Pink Aid is funding cold cap therapy to prevent hair loss for under-served breast cancer patients.

Through a grant partnership with Pink Aid, Support Connection provides a peer hotline. Their team of survivor/peer counselors provides emotional support & navigational help M-F, 9am-5pm. Helpline: (914) 962 6402.
THE PINK CHAIR PROJECT
Fairfield, Southern New Haven & Litchfield Counties, CT and Westchester County, NY.
Pink Aid's funds will be used to cover costs of storage and delivery of motorized reclining chairs that provide much needed comfort for breast cancer patients going through treatment.
