RENÉE MANDIS

Renée Mandis is a co-founder of Pink Aid. Since Pink Aid’s inception, she has been the organization’s lead writer. Together with Amy Gross, Pink Aid’s lead visual & graphics director, they create and direct the organization’s branding, messaging, videos, website and marketing materials.  Renée also served as founding chair of Pink Aid’s Grants and Allocations Committees, on which she still serves today.
Renée is the owner and principal of WSAA, inc., a branding and advertising firm in Westport, Connecticut, where she serves as president. Her responsibilities include creative direction, copywriting, account management and photo and video shoot production. Ms. Mandis is a graduate of Binghamton University, from which she holds B.A.’s in English Literature and Spanish Literature. Renée lives in Weston, Connecticut with her husband, Richard Wingate. She is the proud mother of Jordan and Jackson and stepmom to Rachael and Nicholas. Fifteen years after co-founding the organization, Renée was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in December of 2025 and as a “Warrior” is ever more passionate about Pink Aid’s mission.
