Breast cancer survivors walked the runway Thursday at The Paramount in Huntington. It was the 10th year of the fashion fundraiser on Long Island.All of the proceeds raised at the event will go to support Pink Aid and its work to help women with breast cancer in disadvantaged communities.

People managing breast cancer are also managing medical bills, and the cost of treatment can be overwhelming. The goal of an organization in Westport, Connecticut is to ease the financial burden breast cancer patients carry. It’s called Pink Aid.
