Kaile leads turnaround and restructuring for healthcare and life science companies at Riveron, with over two decades of C-suite experience including CEO, COO, and CRO roles across public and private companies. She is also Co-Founder and CEO of MAT Designation, a nonprofit she launched with Dr. Elena Ratner — named for her late mother — to train non-oncology providers in early detection of ovarian and breast cancer. A Westport resident, she has been named a “Top World Leader in Healthcare” and is a two-time recipient of Connecticut State Proclamations for her advocacy.
