Kristina chairs Wiggin and Dana’s Health Care Department and co-chairs the firm’s Restructuring and Distressed Transactions Practice. She represents hospitals, physician groups, long-term care providers, and other healthcare organizations in M&A, finance, regulatory, and bankruptcy matters, with deep expertise in distressed healthcare situations. She is active with the ABA Health Law Section, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the New York City Bar’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Reorganization Committee.
