Rachel is Co-Chair of the Restructuring Group at Debevoise & Plimpton, having joined in 2026 from DLA Piper where she chaired the U.S. Restructuring practice. With over twenty years of experience, she represents debtors, creditors, and investors in Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and cross-border insolvency. Her honors include the National Law Journal’s Crisis Leadership Trailblazer and Crain’s Notable Women in Law. She holds a BA and JD from the University of Pennsylvania.
